本公司成立于1999年，是香港华润纺织集团（有限）公司附属的大型纺织企业，公司拥有布机500台，主做高支高密织物。环锭纺6万锭，进口气流机25台5552头，月生产能力棉纱1500吨以上，环锭纺主要生产针织、机织纯棉纱、棉线。气流纺主做10S-32s针织纱和机织纱。产品远销欧美、日本、韩国等十几个和地区，深受国内外客户的信赖。
